Supporting World Alzheimer’s Day

Updated: Sep 24, 2021

Whether it was purple tops, bottoms, shoes, or even socks, the team came together to support World Alzheimer’s Day.

World Alzheimer’s Day is marked annually on Sept. 21 to raise awareness about the progressive disease that causes brain cells to degenerate.

Alzheimer's is the most common cause of dementia, a general term for memory loss and other cognitive abilities serious enough to interfere with daily life. Alzheimer's disease accounts for 60-80% of dementia cases.
